why not an incremental filter? when a user finds a cookie-popup, should kill it and share the found selector to others (through a shared repository somewhere) i've pushed the commit 1ae8bb98e0f073d48b6c346cc67449520d59c9cd that contains a local version of the idea

Nice! In my opinion, the less the user does, the best it is. I'd like something like adblock, with some options for "advanced" users, where they can add URLs (so we have full control over the cookie bar list).
