Added better integration of new HmIP-BSL code into Node-RED

Hi Marc, I've recently done some more bug fixing, and also implemented push button device support (HMIP-WRC2, -WRCC2 etc.). Actually, the HMIP-BSL is a real pain, but I think I now managed it quite well. Please review my changes and integrate them. Best wishes, Gero
