Okay, I just randomly updated the following:
Homebridge to v1.8.5 Homebridge UI to v4.62.0 Plugin to v1.3.1 I did not update the Node.js and left it on version v20.12.2
and it asked for the Auth code which got me one step further, as I now see my devices.
I am just facing the issue that when I scan the QR-Code to add it to Apple Home again it says the device already belongs to another home.
EDIT: Resolved this as well. In the JSON Config I needed to change the "username" so it is recognized as a new device.
Hey everyone,
I am having issues with my Homebridge Setup that I only need in order to get my Homematic IP Devices into Apple's HomeKit.
It seems that my router died because I did not have any internet connection this morning. I restarted my whole Internet Setup but afterwards the Homematic IP Devices did not respond in HomeKit. I tried logging into the Homebridge but could not even access it through "Homebridge.local". I guess my microSD-card might have died as I did not manage to fix the issue by flashing a new image.
I have changed to a new microSD-card and flashed a new image + installed a backup but that is not working as well.
Homebridge Version: 1.8.1 node.js Version: v20.12.2 Homebridge UI Version: v4.56.2 Homematic IP Plugin Version: v1.1.0
I have also tried installing a completely fresh version of Homebridge with most up-to-date plugin version as well as 1.3.0 and none works. Main issue is that I do not get the auth key so I can pair my Access Point. The Homematic IP App has changed that there is no longer a System PIN. I can only have user rights or not. That makes all available guides on YouTube obsolete.
Can anyone point me to a direction as to where I can find a walkthrough for Homebridge + Homematic IP on a Raspberry Pi 4 as of now?
