Update for fvt12 #20

Set minimum system and fvtt version
Generate source packs for better maintainance
Add some personal scripts and configurations files

Merge and test some old PR:

closes #10: Make it possible to show a label with the count of Scenery variations on the SceneDirectory entrie
Fix #17; support scanning for files that have URI-encoded paths #

Hey @p4535992 ,

thanks for your work. My local branch was already a couple of commits ahead. The feature "number of variant maps" was not ready yet and I had to do some more work on it.

18 also did not work in my tests, so this this issue needs to be clarified some more.

I have to review the rest of your changes (the whole build system and scripts) and see how far I can integrate them into my workflow.

FYI: Scenery 1.2.0 with FoundryVTT v12 compatibility just released.
