Submit to PhoneGap-plugins repo? #6

Could this plugin be submitted to the PhoneGap-Plugins repo? It would then be much easier for developers to find.

This can be done by

  1. forking the PhoneGap-Plugins repo
  2. adding a readme pointing to your repo
  3. submit a pull request for your change

e.g. https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugins/tree/master/Android/PhoneStateChangeListener
