[x] Determine extra Windows packaging that would improve the application
[x] Confirm where logs + config is stored for documentation
[x] Confirm how/if webview is downloaded on Windows

It doesn't seem to work, at least in my brief testing but I need to set up the dev environment in a VM to see why exactly.

Also distributing a single .exe is kinda weird feeling so it should probably have an MSI installer that creates a start menu entry.

Windows is working on amd64 (haven't tested arm and probably won't) but yeah. Talked with @leaanthony about how best to package for Windows which will likely be #20
