Files are now stored at scd.thingsima.de instead of img.thingsima.de.

Instead of images, it also houses the default stylesheet and any future external front end scripts.

scd = static, cookieless domain

Oh yeah, stylesheets are also up to date now (not that I imagine there's much visible change)
