Breaking Changes

• The NVRJS_CAMERA_RECORDINGS directory is no longer used.
• The Storage mechanism has been updated, and is not compatible with previous recordings
  • You can continue to run this version with no issues, but previous data will not be available.

• Raise an event whilst reviewing live footage
• Each recorded segement, now contains a hash, this offers the ability to check for modifications of recorded footage (SHA256).
• Allow post input configuration This allows to convert a stream that may not natively be h264

@marcus-j-davies, looks like you got so close to completing this version 3.0.0. I forked this and ran it, but I see that on this version, my cameras start on launch but then endlessly terminate and respawn. This was not an issue on 2.0.0 (same camera with same settings worked fine). I can't find an obvious reason for this but am not well versed with in ffmpeg/mp4frag. Any ideas (if you're still kicking around this project)? Thanks!
