User Guide Program Controls has an extra "Shortcuts" part #18

Description: The shortcuts part is supposed to encapsulate the up arrow and down arrow shortcuts. However, in the UG, it is stated as part of the list of program controls which could cause confusion over whether there is additional shortcuts beyond the up and down arrows.

In the later part with detailed description, it is stated that the up and down arrows are the shortcuts.
