Standardisation of `Task` vs `Event` for UG #12

Expected: For personal usage, a user will refer to those periods of time either as events or tasks

Actual: There appears to be a discrepancy in the UG regarding this. Example shown below.

Team's Response

Downgrade & Non-acceptance:
The interchangeable use of task and event is clear to the user in the given context.

Items for the Tester to Verify

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: I opine that the interchangeability of the two terms task and event is only clear to the developers. Since the developers wrote the User Guide, they already have a preconceived notion of what they are referring to in this context, but it may not be as apparent to the end user, especially first time users.

This may cause confusion that there exists another period of time, especially since it was not stated in the glossary that the terms are interchangeable (refer to below, if screenshots for justification are allowed in Phase 3 of PE):

 Issue severity

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: Since the average user is likely to glance quickly at the user guide if they do not face any problems, they are unlikely to find these inconsistencies.

However, if they are found, there can be confusion caused, especially since first time users may not be familiar with the terms.

Since there are minor inconveniences caused in certain scenarios, I believe that the revised severity level should be severity.Low, instead of the downgraded severity.VeryLow.
