Cleanup or something #33

This is more of a collecting tank for some "little" improvements.

Some of these are:

Fix flake8 errors
removing dead code
eventually we find some slow code and can fix it? (AI is a separate topic)
change things to follow PEP8
Making Coordinate and abstract class
