Receiving failure notices when I haven't sent anything

I've been waiting for a server-based solution for the scheduled sending of 
e-mail in Gmail for so long, I must say thank you first and foremost!

I haven't had occasion to utilize the script in some time, but lately I've been 
getting pelted with "Summary of failures for Google Apps Script: Copy of 
Gmail_Delay_Send_0.7.6" e-mails in my inbox.  As far as I know, I didn't do 
anything to spawn this onslaught. 

Every 5 minutes on the dot function "_runGmailDelaySend" generates the 
following error message "Attempted to execute command: function () { return 
UrlFetchApp.fetch(urlString); } 5 times without success. Error message: 
Exception: Unexpected error: 
http://gmail-delay-send.googlecode.com/files/0.7.6.combined. Aborting :-( (line 
378, file "runGmailDelaySend")"

I am a (long time) Google Apps user, and have installed this script onto my 
apps account, as opposed to a generic @gmail account.

Any assistance or suggestions that you might be able to provide would be 
greatly appreciated.
