Hi Marcus. Here is the fix for #19.

Also, I messed around with your test helper, so it could work with core_question_generator, which I wanted to use in the new Behat test.

And I update the Behat tests to use the https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-66821 changes (since we have back-ported https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-66816 into our code, and therefore the tests fail for me without these changes.

I hope that is all OK. If not, let me know and I will do something about it.
