Unable to alter what levels are considered healthy #10

Was there a particular reason why 165% and 120% were chosen as the benchmark for the various health levels of a stock? What if a certain vendor believes that 170% is a more reasonable amount of stock to have to be considered healthy? As of the current state of the app, there is no way to alter the benchmark of what is considered healthy or not healthy for the stock of each item.
