Unable to add item with 0 current stock #9

Steps to reproduce:

  1. addItem any supplier c/0 m/any number

I was unable to add any item with 0 current stock. However, it might be the case where at the time of adding that item, I do have 0 stock of the item, but I still have a minimum required amount to reach. Therefore, it would be a reasonable assumption that I am able to add a current stock of 0.
