Option to include left padding in query #31

It would be great if there was an option to include a number of seconds which pad the left side of the time query (the discrete panel allows this).

This allows people to get events which don't start in the window, but overlap it.

Interesting! I can see the use for that, and shouldn't be too hard to implement 👍
