Allow project settings to sync #647

What would you like to be added?

I would like to be able to create a project and configure it on one computer then, using my desired sync method (I'm using iCloud), have the settings show up on a separate computer.

Why is this needed?

Currently, when I create a project and add notes on Computer A, the notes are all organized and synced to my other computer, as expected. Projects plugin is installed and enabled on both computers. However, when I go to Computer B and do the command Projects: Show projects, the project I created on Computer A does not exist and I have to recreate it, including the views, settings, sort methods, coloring, etc.

I would like to be able to do work on one computer, switch to another computer, and continue with the same work without having to reapply any changes I may have made to the projects (again, this is the project setup, not the notes themselves)

I'm going to close this because the settings do sync. It's just that the "reload plugin" action doesn't pull the changes. One has to exit out of and reopen the vault in order to read the new settings, which is cumbersome, but tolerable.

Aside from that minor thing, I think this is a fantastic plugin; kudos!
