I installed Projects plugin. Explored the demo project. However, when I made my own project, I was unable to create a separate column in the Boards view. I can click on the + Add Column, which opens the input box. I type in the column name e.g. "Ongoing" and press return on my keyboard. The input box disappears without any change. If I do press return and just click outside the text box, it still disappears without any effect.
When I edit the name of the default column, I am able to edit the name. However, closing the Project and reopening it shows that the change was not saved.
What I tried:
reinstalling the plugin
quitting obsidian and opening it back up again
Tried it in the demo project where it did work. I was able to create a column and rename a column as well. However, once I remove all cards from a column, the column disappears.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected a new column to be made, or for me to be able to rename a column.
How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
Have outlined the steps in the What happened? question. Just install and attempt it.
Anything else we need to know?
This is preventing me from using the plugin which otherwise seems to be an amazing plugin.
Seems this is expected behaviour from this. However, awaiting the helping text to clarify this as mentioned here as this caused me to nearly not use the application.
