Hi, thanks for the PR, but to me merge it, I must be sure if you put the correct parameters in the tool. Ensure if the values: NPKEncoding, NPKSegmentation, NPKMinorVersion are correct.

• For the encoding you can ensure by extracting any original file with japanese characters in his name, if the japanese name is extract correctly, then the encoding is correct.
• For the NPKSegmentation you must repack a NPK with a big file, like a video, and test if the game read it correctly.
• NPKMinorVersion is less problematic, if this value is wrong and you tries to repack the game will crash it.
