[Feature] Add Discord Bots the Same Way as Telegram Bots #17

Telegram Bots and Discord Bots are definitely going to be huge platforms for AI chatbots, After our Telegram Bots feature is more stable, we should do the same thing for Discord Bots. I've done both of them before (but in Python). They are pretty similar.
