[Privacy] Improve privacy by using a local model #25

  1. Add an option to call a local model; see https://github.com/mithril-security/blind_chat/blob/main/src/routes/conversation/%5Bid%5D/worker.js
  2. The model will be called Flan-T5-783M (local)
  3. Make this the default option in the settings dialog
