Duplicated configuration files #10

The code has a need for both config.py and config.sh and they mostly overlap. Maybe get rid of the latter by wrapping create_semcor_db.sh in a Python script or calling it with parameters.

The config.sh file by the way is not in the repository and has be created manually.
