add upload button in SO #997

We need prove in our SO's that a customer has actually picked up the product. This is for a project with the City. Currently we upload a photo from the signed SO in the product they have received. In this case it is more practical to have the document/photo in the SO.

At some point in the future it may be more practical to have a signature field in de PO and SO so customers can sign digitally using a tablet/phone. We already have it on the printed version of the PO/SO
