Build: Mark a build as a "reference" build (flag) #491

The idea is to have one reference build on an atomizer, so user can instantly create working build. Also there could be a feature to rate aromas/liquids on this reference build.

The question is: one reference build? One per draw type? One per atomizer? This should be extremely simple to do (on user side).

Reference build can be exactly one per user as idea is those "power users" know which atomizer they like to see how a liquid tastes. But still think about it.
