Slack client does not reconnect automatically, when loosing connection and just returns false, when trying to send a message.

[ ] implement a watchdog callilng slack.reconnect
[ ] do not handle messages if not connected
[ ] mark messages as read only after handling
[ ] after connecting, handle unread messages:
- all direct messages and mentions
- general messages not older than, lets say, 5min

Seems to be fixed by upgrading slack client.
