CORE canvas pseudo-link navigation desired at runtime #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open any CORE *imn file that has multiple canvases joined
   by pseudo-links.
2. Using the cursor, click on any pseudo-link, and the gui will
switch to the canvas that terminates the other end of the link.
3. Click on "start" to run the emulation. After the emulation is
fully running, click on a pseudo-link again. The gui will now
no longer switch to another canvas.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The ability to click on the endpoint of a pseudo-link and have the
CORE gui switch to another canvas provides a very useful navigation
capability. It would be highly desireable to have this capability
also after the emulation is running.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

CORE 4.3svn4 (20120717). On Ubuntu 12.04.
