update EMANE GUI integration with dynamic icon and canvas scale #204

Feature request:
1. EMANE cloud icon has small bar graph indicating % CPU utilization of 
emane/emanetransportd processes
2. adjust canvas scale on the fly based on scenario (eliminate tedious 
reference point/scale trial-and-error for existing EEL files)
