Stop display wireless links on all canvas #274

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load core sample1.imn
2.create a new canvas 2 and assign MDR n5, n6, n7, n8, n9 to canvas 2.
3.run emulation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I do not expect to see links between node n5, n6, n7, n8 and n9 displayed on 
canvas 1 when those nodes and links are displayed on canvas 2.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux 14.04, CORE 4.7 svn 1945

Please provide any additional information below.
Only wireless links are displayed on all canvas. Links among wired nodes are 
displayed correctly on the node canvas only.

The wireless link display issue should be fixed by r640.

There seems to be a related issue with scripted mobility for nodes not on the 
visible canvas.  This was submitted as Issue 276.
