Update documentation #114

Documentation needs an update. The LyX file hasn't been updated since 0.5.x and latest release is 0.6.1.

Latest relase is now 0.8.0. The documentation sure should be updated.

Of course the documentation could use some, err... refreshing, but this shouldn't be an issue because this is unclosable. So I'm closing it.
