use ovirt host deploy to install cocpit-ovirt #24

It will need to:

install cocpit and cocpit-ovirt
setup certificates so once you accept the engine's CA you will not need to accept anything else while accessing cockpit
opens the 9090 port in firewall

What about dependencies, what are the deps. needed for it? (optional channel of CentOS? EPEL?)
The certificate issue is even more interesting - the host certificate is NOT intended for web browsing. Do we want to ask for another certificate (I sincerely hope not!) or just ensure the signing request DOES ask for web browsing?

@mykaul: deps on CentOS should not be a problem, AFAIK it's an issue just on RHEL. Worth describing'

about cert - yeah, I hope we can use the existing one. Still won't help much to NGN prior to registration in engine:/

why tracking issues here? - well, more convenient, faster, community friendly than bugzilla. So why not. Even though I was kind of expecting the mirroring from gerrit git is working..which is not:) But then it will make some sort of sense as you would have a read-only up-to-date sources visible here(synced from gerrit which has better code-review facilities) and issue tracker here

I think deps on CentOS are an issue, as you need to enable (AFAIR), the 'Extras' channel.
