1886: The time format should be "Y-m-d H:i:s"

It's not necessary.

If choose I would choose this option: H:i:s d.m.Y

Also you can choose any of date format in options section.

I know, I can choose any format. I am suggesting that default format should be fixed since with "h" it is impossible to make difference between am/pm and as far I can see it is already fixed. Thanks .
