Insert Data (Update)

• Insert Data into guests.reservations array
• Insert Data into guests.loyaltyHistory array
• Insert Data into guests.messages array

Upon checking reservations per day, there are some days that are overbooked with the automated script used to fill guests reservation data. TODO, regenerate new reservation data for guests. Fir last backup file with the guests empty array reservations
