Added information about what telemetry is emitted by default #14

Updated the specification to show what telemetry data is emitted by default when using the default configurations for each of the receivers indicated so we can see at a glance what data is expected to be available.

There is still more investigation going on so there will be more updates coming around these configurations.

@margo/technical-wg I created a new PR with some updates to the application observability section to include a summary of what telemetry is emitted when using the default configurations for the indicated receivers. Please review these updates when you get a chance.
