[Question] Why we wanted to allow multiple helm chart

Comment submitted by @phil-abb via https://github.com/margo/technical-wg/issues/140 - I watched the recording from this call and the discussion around why we wanted to allow multiple helm charts to be defined didn't address why we decided to do this. While what Julien indicated is true and application developers can choose to define their application however they want, the intention wasn't for this to be used to manage helm chart dependencies.
