Merge new upstream (man-pages-zh/manpages-zh) #1

There is a new upstream for Chinese man pages (man-pages-zh/manpages-zh), which is being used by Debian(and its derivatives), Arch Linux (and its derivatives) and Red Hat.

Maybe we should switch openSUSE's upstream too.
