Add localisation #13

Has someone already added localisation to this starter? I am aware that there are many ways to do so - what worked best for you?

This repo shows a nice implementation of localisation in Gatsby together with Prismic. Out of many solutions this one was the most straightforward solution for me. https://github.com/PaulinaVPG/multilanguage-gatsby
