Found that creating the prismic-config.js allowed for direct set up with Prismic. Allowing one to use the prismic CLI to do 'prismic theme https://github.com/margueriteroth/gatsby-prismic-starter-prist --config.js' which made life easier. As was previously struggling on how to change the text without the CMS. Thought this prismic-config.js file may be a useful to add and make more newb friendly.
