transformed individual annot files to individual label files in fsa5 space (link to script will follow), label files are located here: /afs/cbs.mpg.de/projects/mar005_lsd-lemon-surf/probands/*/labels/fsa5

Is there a link available for the script mentioned by @soligschlager? I am attempting to replicate the transformation of .annot files to fsaverage5 space label files and this would be very helpful. Thanks!
