As a user I can sign in to the app so that I can access the features of the app.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] When I open the web app I am given the option to sign in
[x] When I enter my credentials, I am then redirected to the homepage/dashboard
[x] When I am signed in, then I can see a welcome message with my name
[x] Then I can also see a 'sign out' button
