As a user I can click on the link for the notes page so that I can view all my notes on one page.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] When I view the navigation bar, then I have the option to see the notes page
[x] When I click on the link, then I am redirected to the notes page
[x] Then I can see all of my notes on one page
