As a user I can change my profile picture so that I can have a picture that represents me.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] When I view my profile, I have the option to edit my information
[x] When I click 'edit profile', then I have the ability to change my profile picture
[x] When I click 'change profile picture' then I am able to upload a new image of my choice
[x] If I upload an image that is too large, I am asked to reupload a new smaller image
[x] When I save my changes, then I am able to see my new profile picture on my profile
