As a user I can create my own event categories so that I can give myself more choice with how I choose to organise my events.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When I click to choose a category on a event, then I am provided with the option to create my own
[ ] Then I am able to choose a name and an icon for that category
[ ] Once I have saved the category, then I am notified that the creation was successful
[ ] Then I am able to choose the new category whenever I create a new event
