As a user I can delete a note so that I can tidy up my notes and remove ones no longer relevant to me.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] When I am viewing a note, then I have the option to delete my note
[ ] When I click delete, then I am asked to confirm my action
[ ] If I confirm the action, then I am notified that deletion was successful
[ ] Then I am no longer able to view the note
[ ] If I choose not to delete the note, then I am notified that the note was not deleted
[ ] Then I am still able to view the note
