As a user I can change the colour of the note so that I can change how they look visually and customise them to my liking.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When I am creating a note, then I have the option to change the background colour
[ ] When I click on a colour, then I am able to see the new background colour when creating a note
[ ] Then I am also able to see this new background colour when viewing all my notes on the notes page
