Tu as pas une appli qui utilise déjà le port 8080 ? Ferme tout et lance cette commande telnet : telnet localhost 8080

Si tu as "Échec lors de la connexion" c'est ce que c'est OK, le port 8080 est bien libre, sinon c'est qu'il est utilisé par une autre appli

Ensuite tu relance studio-windows.bat, et tu refait le même test

Si tu as encore "Échec lors de la connexion" c'est ce que c'est KO, le port 8080 est bloqué par le firewall windows, l'antivirus ou autre...

Faut d'abord installer telnet dans ajout/suprresion de programme / ajouter une fonctionnalité de windows / client telnet
