#mingus IRC channel on freenode? #94

This might be beneficial to our development cycle. 
I don't know much about IRC but registering our own channel might be too
much of an hassle unless somebody steps up to fulfill this role. I'm not
sure, but does this mean we have to settle with ##mingus?
