Copy the front end and Roxy code from slush-marklogic-node into this project to serve as a base. As it stands this is not yet designed to be operational. The node-server directory has been removed from the JS code, and the irrelevant prompts in the Slushfile are commented out.
I designed this to serve as a base to develop from and should be associated with #4.
