Refactor the files copied to work in wwwroot #9

Since this is an ASP.NET Core app, the UI ought to run in the wwwroot directory by default. Refactor the way the app is copied over with slush so it is runnable with a dotnet run.

Perhaps there will be a few additional steps before that run, but that is the ultimate goal.
