hi, I just got all output right. I don't think it's an error then. Thanks anyway. I'm not in the meeting. I'm testing a few new tools on our ATAC data. I installed ChromA and all those dependencies as README says. When I use the single command ChromA, it is like "Found C++ Core: path-to-my-conda-env/lib/python3.7/site-packages/ChromA/util libfwdbwdcpp.so usage: ChromA ..." , when it's running with a bam file, several "Found C++ Core ... libfwdbwdcpp.so " appear, but it's running well.

Would it be possible to ask you the configuration of a node in your cluster? (Ram Mem, #CPU Cores)
it's an individual machine with 120GB memory and 20 cores, here's the standard output and log files, only with path-name replaced. I think it automatically took all available precessors to run the task, I wonder if it's possible to set those computing resources itself , or just possible like setting qsub parameters when using clusters like SGE . the test input is a 1.3G bam file. the FRIP looks not right.

The signal to noise of your dataset is low. We recommend higher than 2 and possibly higher than 3. Talk to your experimental collaborators to tell them this (recommend them to improve their assay).
If you use slurm of PBS (sbatch or qsub), you can set the number of processors from the script that you use to run the program. Otherwise, I will add a command line option in the next revision to set the number of processors.
Note. It takes an unusually high time to run ChromA in your machine. For this type of file, it takes from 30min to 1hr in our cluster.
