No google_appengine folder created #3

I ran setup.sh, but no google_appengine folder has been created, and therefore I can't run the example

I'm (slowly) rebuilding the example here: https://github.com/marianoguerra/chachara it has an instance here: https://bleimux.appspot.com/ the thing is that the instructions aren't that complete, you can try it and help me improve it

I am doing my dissertation upon the pubsubhubub topic, so I will try to help you improve it as much as I can
